Cancellation Policy

4FT Love letters ad that elegant touch of light to any event and venue. We hire our love letters out with care and love and we expect the same care and respect back from our customers when hiring out our love letters. It is company policy that if there was to be any damaged caused to the Love Letters there will be a fine to the customer who made the booking even if it was one of the guests present at your event. Once the Love Letters are placed in a certain place where you would like them we ask polity if you do NOT move them, as they heavier than they look and if you move them you could potentially harm yourself or cause damage to our love letters if you were to drop them. We need at least 2 weeks notice to cancel your event which in that time we can refund you for your event, If failure to do so you will not be refunded any money back. We would like to make you aware that if your booking deposit is not paid you don't hold a boking with us. Unfortunately we don't hold bookings without a deposit, so no booking deposit means no event. In order for your booking to run smoothly please make sure you have given us the right details for your event. This includes: Contact information for yourself What's the occasion Location of your event Time we can set up your event Time your event starts Time your event ends Any other information you would like to make us aware of.
