Cancellation Policy
Here at LS Events we hold policies for the majority of our services to help customers understand what each service requires upon hire. Our mascots are hired out and are cleaned after every use. When hiring our mascots manned we have a guide with the mascot to ensure that our mascots know where to go and to also stop any inappropriate behaviour from any guests at your events. For example to stop any hitting or puling on the mascot. Needing to cancel you mascot booking? Here at LS Events we need at least 2 weeks notice for any cancellations for you to be able to receive a full refund. Please be aware that you are only booked in if you have paid your booking deposit. No deposit paid means no booking. Please note that if you are wanting to reschedule your booking we need to know 72 hours prior so we can try and accommodate your booking. Mascot Damage: Mascots are not cheap so we ask that everyone who hires a mascot respects them and only uses them for their appropriate use. It is company policy that any damage to our mascots will be fined to the customer of the booking. Although are mascots hires either maned or unmanned are fairly priced most mascots can cost up to three times the amount of your booking. This is important to know because if the mascot is deemed not repairable it could bring us to charging you the price of a new one. The price range for any damage caused to our mascots ranges from £40-£350. It is company policy that all members of staff who man the mascots are of course fully DBS checked for the safety of our customers.
