Here at LS events we have a small collection of castles, while bouncy castles are a great way to entertain your children, certain measures need to be put in place to make bouncy castles fun but safe to use at the same time. We hold reasonability of setting up bouncy castles either in a hall or outside, once the castle is set up we hold NO responsibility of any accidents that may occur for example overloading the castle with children. potential risks of harm can occur when: over populate the castle with children. Not taking your shoes off. Climbing the walls on the bouncy castle. Drinking and eating on the bouncy castle. Moving the castle once it's set up. Deflating the castle while it's still in use. Not being aware of the height restrictions on the castle. Minimise the risk of harm with simple measures and control over participants on the castle . Once again as soon as the castle is set up we hold NO responsibilities. Damage or miss use of our bouncy castles: If are castles come back covered in food or drink or somewhat damaged you will be fined in immediate effect we have zero tolerance of food and drink on our bouncy castles and expect our castles to come back as clean as we hired them out. Fines for our bouncy castles can be anywhere between £20-£90. cancelling a bouncy castle booking: To cancel your bouncy castle booking you will need to give us 2 weeks notice be aware that the only time we guarente money back from cancelation is when wind speeds are 24mph or above. cancelling your castle booking with less notice than 2 weeks will may resort on no refund. In order for your booking to run smoothly please make sure you have given us the right details for your event. This includes: Contact information for yourself What's the occasion Location of your event Time we can set up your event Time your event starts Time your event ends Any other information you would like to make us aware of.
